Right of withdrawal
We use a so-called cooling-off period. The duration of the cooling-off period is 14 days. Within the cooling-off period you have the option to return your product to us. After 14 days, the purchase agreement becomes a fact and returns are no longer an option. After receiving your order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement and return the order for a period of 14 days without giving reasons. Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days.
During the 14-day cooling-off period, you as a consumer have the right to assess and try the item as you would normally do in the store. This generally means that you can unpack the delivered product and, if necessary, view it as you would in the store. However, as long as you as a customer have not yet decided to keep the product, you are not allowed to use the product!
Returns At Kase Filters you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. It is important that the product is complete, in new condition and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible).
When returning, make sure you include the following information:

The buyer bears the costs and risk of return shipment. Shipments sent to Kasefilters.nl stating "postage costs for recipient" will be refused by Kasefilters.nl and returned to sender.
There is no claim for a refund if the product is damaged.
Software may only be returned with the plastic seal still around the packaging.
