€ 109,00

Thanks to the magnetic ring, this ND1000 neutral density filter is easy to mount and remove from the lens. The filter is made of high-quality Wolverine glass, which ensures that the filter is almost indestructible. Use this filter to reduce light intensity by 10 stops. Ideal for long shutter speeds and open apertures.
The magnetic filter can be mounted directly on a lens with a metal housing. Is your lens not made of metal? Then you can use the supplied adapter ring to still be able to use the filter.
ND (Neutral Density) neutral density filter

ND neutral density filters are used when shooting at slow shutter speeds, to control the exposure time of a scene at the time of capture. The gray filter therefore influences the amount of light that penetrates to the sensor. The extent to which depends on the strength of the ND gray filter used. Gray filters do not affect the colors in your photo, making it easier to work with a longer shutter speed or an open aperture. In addition, Kase filters have precise IR coatings, which provide a true neutral color within a captured image, without the color cast normally associated with slow shutter speed photography.

Characteristics
  • Made of kase Wolverine glass
  • Unique color control
  • Shock-resistant almost indestructible glass
  • Easy and quick to assemble and disassemble
  • Color neutral

Kase magnetic variable ND2-5 stop filter 77mm

(0)
€ 199,00

The variable magnetic ND filter has 2-5 stops of light reduction, and the frame is made of high-quality aluminum and is anodized in matte black to reduce light reflections.
The filter is magnetically placed on the lens via an adapter ring. To prevent vignetting, the glass of the VND filter has a diameter of 95mm and a very thin rim.

The magnetism between the filter and the adapter ring allows for super-fast assembly and disassembly.
With a handy handle, the filter is very simple and infinitely adjustable, making the exposure easier to control than with ordinary fixed ND filters.
This makes the filter ideal for videography, as it requires permanent adaptation to changing light conditions.
To prevent the filter from sliding around, an inkeeping has been made, where the filter falls into the ring.

The filter is made of KW glass and has 26 different coatings on both sides of the filter.
The design is made in such a way that vignetting or X-cross effect is not visible in the largest stop position.
Optionally, a magnetic lens cap is available to protect your filter.

The variable magnetic ND filter has 2-5 stops of light reduction and the frame is made of high-quality aluminum and is anodized matte black to reduce any light reflections.
The filter is magnetically placed on the lens via an adapter ring. To prevent vignetting, the glass of the VND filter has a diameter of 95mm and a very thin edge.

The magnetism between the filter and the adapter ring makes super fast mounting and dismounting possible.
With a convenient little hand, the filter is very easy and infinitely adjustable, making exposure control easier than with ordinary fixed ND filters.
This makes the filter ideal for videography, as here permanent adjustment to changing light conditions is necessary.
To prevent the filter from sliding along, an inkeeping has been made where the filter falls into the ring.

The filter is made of KW glass and has 26 different coatings on both sides of the filter.
The design is made so that vignetting or X-cross effect are not visible in the largest stop position.
An optional magnetic lens cap is available to protect your filter.

What does a circular ND filter do?
It reduces the light that reaches your camera's sensor. The strength is displayed as a number of f-stops. The higher the number, the less light is transmitted to the sensor.

In addition to the range on this page, we also have kits that include the filter.
And we have circular ND filters with a gradation that varies in strength and density over the surface of the glass filter. The filters are often half ND filter and the other half is clear, the gradient is referred to as soft edge.
