Our combined ND8 gray flter plus CPL polarizing filter combines the best of both worlds.
The ND8 provides 3 stops of light delay plus CPL, which removes reflection and reflexes from your image.
The combination filter allows additional magnetic ND filters to be stacked on top of each other. This makes the filter ideal to combine with our existing magnetic ND filters. The filter is made of high quality Wolverine glass, this ensures that the filter is almost indestructible. Ideal for long shutter speeds and video.
ND (Neutral Density) gray filter
ND gray filters are used when shooting with long shutter speeds, to control the exposure time of a scene at the time of shooting. The gray filter thus affects the amount of light, which reaches the sensor. The extent depends on the strength of the ND gray filter used. Gray filters do nothing else with the colors in your photo, making it easier to work with a slower shutter speed or open aperture. In addition, Kase filters have accurate IR coatings, providing true neutral color within a captured image, without the color cast normally associated with photography with slow shutter speeds.
CPL circular polarization filter
With this filter you can easily remove reflections from water or windows. In addition, this filter makes the color of the picture deeper and more intense.
