The MovieMate magnetic circular Streak Blue filter, is specially designed for the MovieMate Matte Box.
You place the MovieMate Streak Blue filter in the magnetic insert holder, which you slide into the Matte Box holder, in which you can also add other filters.
The magnetic round filters are stackable up to 3 pieces and are 95 mm.
This Streak Blue filter allows you to simulate the anamorphic streak effect with almost any lens. On the glass of the filter is a combination of fine lines whose action is limited to point light sources. On those light sources such as the sun, a light bulb or a candle, long colored streaks emerge. This results in elongated stripes that are symmetrical from each point light source to draw attention to a specific part of the frame or to create a visually dramatic look. Rotation can affect the filter orientation of flares. A creative way to beautify nighttime exteriors, highlight reflections from chrome surfaces or create other striking images.
In addition, Kase filters have accurate IR coatings, providing true neutral color within captured shots.
